11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pub 202 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity disruptions, game malfunction (where stakes are refunded), or unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security.
11.2 pub 202's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pub 202's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by pub 202's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
12.1 pub 202 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; ongoing regulatory investigation; or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
12.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Wallet may be withheld pending investigation. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pub 202 support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided no pending KYC or withdrawal matters exist.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Player and pub 202. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR directly in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures for licensed operators.
14.1 pub 202 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pub 202 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to Players' registered email addresses.
14.2 Continued use of the pub 202 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
